Delete Your Rollur Contractor Account

Rollur, LLC ("Rollur") lets users of the Rollur Contractor mobile app request deletion of their account and associated personal data. You can delete your account directly in the app, or email us if you cannot access it.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Rollur Contractor app on your device.
  2. Sign in with your contractor account.
  3. Tap Settings (bottom navigation).
  4. Scroll to the Danger zone section.
  5. Tap Delete permanently.
  6. Confirm when prompted.

Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will lose access to Rollur Contractor and related Rollur services for that account. This action cannot be undone.

Note: If you have active jobs that prevent deletion in the app, complete or resolve those jobs first, or contact us using Option 2 below.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at help@rollur.com with:

  • Subject: Rollur Contractor account deletion request
  • The email address associated with your Rollur contractor account
  • Your full name (as shown on your account)

We will verify your identity and process your request.

Data that is deleted or deactivated

When your contractor account is deleted/deactivated, Rollur removes or disables access to account-linked data, including where applicable:

  • Account credentials and login access
  • Profile information (name, email, phone, business name, bio, profile photo)
  • Contractor availability and service settings
  • Compliance documents you uploaded (e.g. insurance, W-9, business license)
  • Portfolio media and gallery items
  • Push notification tokens associated with your account
  • In-app support ticket access tied to your account

Data that may be retained

Some information may be kept after deletion for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational reasons, including:

  • Records related to completed jobs, payments, earnings, and marketplace transactions
  • Project photos and documentation tied to completed or in-progress work
  • Communications and support records where retention is required by law
  • Information we must keep to comply with legal obligations or enforce our agreements

Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 10 — Data Retention and Security).

Processing time

  • In-app deletion: Immediate deactivation of your account.
  • Email requests: We aim to respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).
