A 40% deposit is paid at booking and the balance when the job is done. When you book, your estimate becomes your price. It only changes if you approve additional work in writing or, rarely, if paint prices rise before materials are bought, and we tell you first.
What changes the price
- Home size
- Living area is the biggest single factor. The estimator prices the top of the size band you choose, so the number is never low by more than the band width.
- Stories
- A second storey adds ladder and lift work. Always tell us the real count.
- Surface
- Stucco, Hardie board, aluminium siding and brick prep differently. Chalky stucco needs a bonding primer first.
- Colour change
- Going much lighter or much darker usually means an extra coat.
- Add-ons
- Gutters and downspouts, soffit, fascia and bird stop are priced as separate lines you can switch on or off.
- Garage door
- Included only if you ask for it.
